Please bring your ID, insurance card (if applicable), any previous medical records or test results related to your respiratory condition, a list of current medications, and any questions you have for the doctor.

No referral is necessary. You can book a direct consultation with Dr. Mahmoud. However, if you have a referral from another doctor, please bring it along with any relevant medical records.

Initial consultations typically last 30-45 minutes, allowing Dr. Mahmoud to take a thorough history and perform a complete examination. Follow-up visits are usually 15-20 minutes.

We accept cash, M-Pesa, bank transfers, and major insurance plans. Please contact us to confirm if your specific insurance provider is accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

We provide emergency consultations during working hours. For life-threatening emergencies outside these hours, please call 999 or visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
